Nicholas has worked with data in the public and nonprofit sectors for over 15 years. His career has included a broad range of experiences, including database administration, conducting quantitative research, and data strategy. He works currently with the Georgia Department of Education and is a team lead on an effort to improve the agency's ability to leverage data for continuous improvement. He also recently launched a boutique consulting firm that provides innovative, mission-driven solutions for public and nonprofit leaders seeking to improve analytic and managerial organizational capacity.
