After jobs in the non-profit and customer support space, Alicia Barrett is now on her way to a thriving career as a software engineer. In 2018, she completed a web development bootcamp. Now she's a support software engineer at SalesLoft. In this role, she spends her time reproducing bugs sent in by customers, going into their databases to clean up rogue entries, and collaborating with product delivery teams to write code.
